Lifelong Dunn County Resident. Oilfield Leader. Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Advocate for Future Generations.
Meet Elvis Entzel
Elvis Entzel is running for Dunn County Commissioner because he believes county government should focus on responsible spending, strong infrastructure, open communication, and preserving opportunities for future generations.
Rooted in Dunn County
Born in Richardton and raised in Halliday, Elvis Entzel has spent his life building strong roots in western North Dakota.
He attended Halliday Schools and learned early the values that continue to guide him today:
Right is right. Wrong is wrong.
Those values of honesty, accountability, and hard work have remained central throughout his life and career.
Family First
Elvis and his wife Jackie will celebrate 44 years of marriage this October.
Together they raised two children and are proud grandparents to four grandchildren.
Family remains at the center of everything Elvis does. Whether spending time with family, working with livestock, hunting, or helping neighbors, he believes strong families are the foundation of strong communities.
From the Oilfield to Leadership
For more than 40 years, Elvis worked in the oil industry.
Starting at the bottom and working his way up to become a Midwest District Manager, he built a career through hard work, dedication, accountability, and teamwork.
His experience managing people, solving problems, and making responsible decisions gives him a practical understanding of leadership and fiscal responsibility.
Why I'm Running
Elvis decided to run for Dunn County Commissioner because he believes future generations deserve the same opportunities that helped build Dunn County into the community it is today.
His priorities are simple:
- Responsible Spending
- Lower Tax Burdens
- Better Communication
- Strong Roads and Infrastructure
- Support for Agriculture
- Support for Local Business
He believes county government should listen to residents, communicate openly, and remember that it works for the people.
